iPhone data recovery is provided on a flashdrive in two forms. One folder will contain your raw parsed data which will include photos, videos, and contacts.

The other folder will contain an iTunes backup that can be used to create a copy of your old iPhone onto your new one. This will bring over ALL data with the exception of some apps.  You will also receive instructions on how to use the backup, however some computer knowledge is required.
